Sleek, low profile and gorgeous lines on this pair of Danish modern chairs from the early 1950's. The arm design on these chairs is unlike any we have seen before. The top armrest is separate from the tapered, curved arm support. These are in very good condition, the wood does have character marks typical of age/use especially on the top of the arms. Like all of our pieces, the wood has been thru our 5 step restoration process to bring out the original finish without sanding and we have added brand new strapping and foam. We chose to leave the vintage fabric - it is in great condition and reversible! Solid orange on one side and design on the other with shades of oranges and browns. The new foam sits firm and will need broken in as any new furniture would. The chairs are very solid and well made. These are beautifully designed Mid Century chairs!
