Classic Atomic Era sofa from the early 1950's. Low profile, tapered legs, and angled profile design. Beautiful wide arms that taper up a bit on the ends. This was just reupholstered in a classic Mid Century fabric with gold and red accents which gives the appearance of orange. The fabric does not come across well in photos, it is beautiful in person! You get the best of both worlds with this original 1950's sofa in that you are getting solid, heavy construction value that lasts a lifetime with new foam and upholstery which makes this sofa like new. As with most Mid Century furniture, this is spring supported. With the new foam it sits firm and will need broken in like any new sofa would. This is a classic, beautiful piece!
