Amazing 5 arm double socket hanging chrome lamp by Robert Sonneman in the early 1970's. There are 2 ceramic sockets within each can, 1 pointing up and 1 pointing down for a total of 10 bulbs. You can use the large bulbs as pictured or use small (unseen bulbs) pointing down or up for more of a "can light" look. There are a number of ways to use this light which give it different looks. The chrome is in great condition with only minor marks typical of age. The sockets, wire, switch and plug are in great condition and work with no issues. As with all authentic Mid Century lights, they were not made for high wattage - never use higher than 60W. This is a swag light, meaning it hangs on a hook by a chain and plugs in. If you prefer, you can cut the wire and install it directly to the ceiling as a permanent fixture if so desired. We do not ship the bulbs as the filaments inside are easily breakable and usually don't make it in shipping. Whatever size bulb you prefer for this light can easily be picked up at any home improvement store.
Width (without bulbs) - 17"
