The holy grail of Space Age Design! A complete set of 6 Chromcraft Sculpta Chairs designed after the Kagan Unicorn chair in the mid 1960's and featured on the set of the original Star Trek. Incredibly heavy, well made chairs with solid metal Atomic base and heavy tufted seats in the original black Naugahyde. This set is in fantastic condition for it's age!!! Unlike most Mid Century dealers we restore all of our pieces before they leave our shop...we have spent many many hours with very tiny tools cleaning out every tufted seam and button on these chairs.....and we do not charge extra for any of our restoration services. The table has a textured black top with chrome base and 1 leaf. The chairs are in excellent shape with no rips, marks, or stains. One chair has a few tiny pin pricks that you can hardly see. All of the seams are strong, no weakness in the fabric at all! Fantastic condition to be over 50 years old!
