Striking, contemporary feel with this low profile, Mid Century 3pc sectional sofa designed for the Galaxy line of Kroehler in the late 1950's. Original tags are intact. Classic wide arms and accented back. You get the best of both worlds with this sofa - sturdy well made construction (that lasts much longer than modern furniture) and a sofa that is like new in that it has been completely restored with new fabric and new foam. The fabric is a gorgeous midnight blue pattern. This is a spring supported sofa which has a little bouncy feel which is typical of atomic era furniture. It also has brand new foam which sits firm and will need broken in as all new furniture would. The only area that shows some age are the walnut tapered legs. You can arrange this sectional in a number of ways. You can also remove the curved middle piece and have a 94" long straight sofa. This is a gorgeous piece!
