This is an authentic Mid Century, solid wood piece from the early 1960's (not a reproduction)! A gorgeous 6ft long credenza with speakers on each end and doors that open to shelves for holding media equipment. Solid wood construction that can easily accommodate a large flat screen television. Low profile Danish design with flared legs. We have never seen a piece like this! When we acquired it, the speakers had been removed. We replaced them with vintage Pioneer CS-G303 speakers which sound amazing and by themselves retail for $100-200. We have wired it with a bluetooth amp so you can wirelessly connect your bluetooth enabled phone, tablet, etc....or connect your own device with the speaker wire inputs on the back.
As for the credenza - the top has a darker stain than the rest of the walnut frame. It has been through our full restoration process. The top has some light specs under the stain within the wood grain (probably from a prior finish) - see pic. The front and sides are in great condition with some darker areas in the finish and only minor marks typical of age/use. The speaker fabric is in great condition as well with only one area on the top right where it is thin (not very noticeable) - see pic. Overall in excellent condition for it's age! This piece is extremely functional, with heavy solid wood construction and is gorgeous in person!
